Waking up early to hang out with extended family on Christmas Day practically requires a mimosa. That makes the Cranberry Mimosa Recipe Day 5 of 12 Days of Brunchmas! It’s hard to choose just one recipe so here are a few that I’ll be trying throughout the holiday season.
Tis the season to change your mimosas up even if you’re a classic OJ and champagne bruncher!
Elegant Cranberry Mimosa with Pineapple Juice
For the girl (or guy) that loves mimosas with OJ, this is a slight twist that will get you into the holiday spirit. This recipe uses orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary give it an elegant touch.
Classic Cranberry Mimosa
This recipe stays true to its name. It simply uses cranberry juice, champagne, fresh cranberries, sugar, and a sprig of rosemary for decoration. This is great if you want to keep it simple.
Three Step Cranberry Mimosa
Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Orange Liqueur, and champagne are all it takes to make this mimosa on Christmas morning. 5 minutes to prep? Count me in.
The Freshest Cranberry Mimosas
While most recipes feature remade juice, this uses only fresh, simple ingredients – sugar, water, cranberries, champagne, and rosemary. It takes 10 minutes to prep opposed to the usual 5 but it has a refreshing taste!
Cranberry Orange Mimosa Bellini
This is another really quick recipe that only uses orange juice, cranberry juice, and champagne. Pair this with Eggnog French toast and it’ll be the best brunch so far!
