Brunch is known for mimosas and bloody Marys, but the crisp fall breeze is making me seriously crave some fall drinks – lots of apple cider, pumpkin spice, pear and more. Sure, you can grab a bottle of champagne and splash it with apple cider, but these cocktail recipes kick your next brunch up a notch.
It’s time to cozy up in your comfiest fall sweater and pour yourself one of these delicious drinks, cheers!
Nothing says decadent like a cocktail with caramel apples and salted peanut rims. These drinks may take an hour to cook, but you’ll have 8 in the end to share with friends or down yourself.
So you’ve had an old-fashioned, but this turns it up a notch. The key to this one is infusing the bourbon with roasted butternut squash for a few weeks.
I always add some kind of bacon to my bloody mary, but it’s never crossed my mind to infuse a drink with chorizo! This recipe has the smoky, savory flavor of the sausage infused gin, which takes Negronis to a whole new level.
You can’t go wrong with a bourbon pumpkin cocktail in my opinion. What’s even better is that you can save the Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup for lattes, oatmeal, baked goods… you can get creative with it.
A White Russian but make it fall. This is a really easy cocktail. The only big difference is that it calls for Pumpkin Spice Creamer. You can make this recipe gluten free if you skip the graham cracker rim. I’d rim it with Pumpkin Spice and Maple Sugar.
Oh my gosh vanilla vodka, apple cider, and champagne… say no more! This is an essential brunch cocktail for fall.
These infused bourbons are slowly becoming my favorite if you hadn’t noticed. This apple-infused bourbon only takes a couple of days to be ready for this delicious fall recipe.
Whether it’s brunch or happy hour, I love a good Moscow Mule. Freutcake turns a classic moscow mule into a fall delight with Pumpkin puree, vanilla vodka, and pumpkin pie spice.
Pumpkin Spice isn’t just great in lattes. This margarita takes a few simple ingredients to make a delicious fall-inspired tequila cocktail.
A friend of mine just tried a very similar cocktail to this without the simple syrup and said it is one of the best fall cocktails she’s tried. If you like yours a bit more spicy, give this cocktail a try in the name of fall.

Why not make all the fall cocktails for brunch! If you happen to follow me on Instagram, you know that I was irrationally devastated by the fact that my favorite seasonal restaurants, Oglebay Garden Bistro in Wheeling, WV, was no longer serving my favorite fall mimosa. The news broke me. Immediately, I was in shock. Following that, my brain questioned everything. How? Has it been that long since I’ve tasted the sweet goodness? Will I never try the delectable juice of the heavens again? Okay, not really. But, I was really disappointed. I took to Pinterest as one does, and found several Apple Cider Mimosas and Caramel Apple Cider Mimosas to try. Most of the recipes mention adding brown sugar to the rim, but friends, if you truly want to impress everyone, go the extra mile. The key for these mimosas to be the absolute best is adding the caramel, brown sugar rim. Out of the hundreds of recipes on Pinterest/Google, I absolutely loved this gorgeous and easy recipe on Delish’s Youtube channel. The splash of Caramel Vodka along with the caramel cinnamon sugar rim are exactly what you need for fall. You can also do without the vodka. It’s […]
