Spring is the most wonderful time for brunch. There are so many opportunities for family brunches – Mother’s Day Brunch, Easter brunch, brunch in the park, rooftop brunch… I could go on, but I’ll stop there!
Easter Sunday is the perfect day for brunching. If you’re the church-going type, you’ll probably be donning your Sunday best in the prettiest pastels. So, you might as well take the family to a beautiful Easter brunch. Don’t forget to snap a few pictures. 🙂

1886 is a lovely cafe and bakery located in the historic Driskill hotel. They don’t have a special menu for Easter, but the cafe’s aesthetic is gorgeous and the food is delicious. I’d recommend trying the cinnamon roll which they make fresh daily! The hangover bloody Mary with maple glazed bacon is also impressive!
